We ship both locally and internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Delays caused by courier services or customs are beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.

6. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase:

You may return unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Products must be in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
