We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn't right, we’re here to help. Please read our returns policy below to ensure a smooth process.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Returns are only accepted for orders delivered within South Africa.

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was sent.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products


How to Make a Return

  1. Submit a Return Request
    Email us at customercare@washaway.co.za within 14 days of receiving your order.

    Include:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • The reason for the return

    • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

     

  2. Wait for Approval
    We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Pack & Send the Item

    • Ensure the item is securely packed in original packaging.

    • Send the parcel using a reliable courier service with tracking.

    • Clearly label your parcel with your order number.

  4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange

    • Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

    • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    • If you requested an exchange, your replacement will be dispatched with tracking.
