We currently ship nationwide within South Africa only.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
We work with trusted national courier services to deliver your order safely and promptly. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location:

Delivery times exclude order processing time and may vary due to external factors like courier delays or load shedding.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping option. You’ll be able to view the exact amount before completing your purchase.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
Incorrect Address: Orders returned due to incorrect/incomplete address will require the customer to cover reshipping costs.
Missed Deliveries: Couriers typically attempt delivery up to two times. If unsuccessful, you may be required to arrange re-delivery or collection.
